When it comes to your weight loss journey, our experienced medical team will assess your individual situation and tailor a comprehensive treatment plan through prescribed medication. At AFC Urgent Care Aurora Havana, we provide two plans for weight loss– visiting the center monthly or visiting the center every 3 months.

Choosing the once-a-month plan, patients will have weekly nurse visits to recheck current weight and have medications administered. These appointments will be in person due to receiving the injection at time of appointment. Payment is due upon initial consultation.

Choosing the 3 month plan, patients can opt in for a one-time nurse visit for injection education. Prior to receiving medication, our medical team recommends diagnostic lab testing, which can be done on-site. If you don’t know which medication or plan is right for you, our team can provide further guidance.
