Self-pay Pricing

For patients who don't have insurance or have high deductibles and choose not to submit a claim, AFC Beaumont offers transparent self-pay tiered pricing. Your health is a priority, and worrying about the cost shouldn't be part of the equation.

If you have insurance, you can check the accepted plans by clicking here. If you don't have insurance, we provide comprehensive treatment for most injuries and illnesses at a low fixed rate. This includes an examination, medical history review, vital signs check, and take-home instructions. We aim to get you in, out, and back on your feet with no unexpected costs.

Payment in full is required at the time of service, and we accept cash, credit, or personal checks. Please note that prices, effective from January 1, 2024, may be subject to change. This self-pay option is not compatible with insurance and is not intended for workers' compensation care.

Self-pay services are available for those paying without using insurance. However, this pricing cannot be combined with commercial, federal, or state insurance benefits. The posted Urgent Care self-pay rates specifically apply to Urgent Care service visits and do not cover Occupational Medicine, Workers' Compensation, and Sports/School/Immigration Physicals. Additional charges may apply for medications, injectables, etc. You may also receive additional charges and bills from external entities, such as labs and medical equipment.
