Healthcare Network Addresses Community Need with New Location

The state-of-the-art medical facility is located at 1312 Boston Post Road, near Pasco Road, in a former MedExpress location. The AFC North Springfield medical team will begin seeing patients on Wednesday, March 13.

- Physicals: Conveniently walk in to receive a routine check-up. Providers can also perform sports physicals for all the local youth athletes.
- Pediatric Urgent Care: No need to wait for a pediatrician’s next available appointment; AFC North Springfield takes a child-friendly medical approach to help treat the most common illnesses and injuries.
- On-Site Lab Testing and Vaccinations – AFC North Springfield’s on-site laboratory provides a wide variety of lab work with results available within minutes, including flu, COVID-19, and STD testing. Staff can also perform immunizations such as the flu vaccine.
- State-of-the-Art Diagnostics – Digital X-ray equipment allows AFC staff to take and read X-rays within minutes.
- Occupational Health Exams – These services include DOT physicals, return-to-work exams, drug testing, and immigration physicals.
AFC North Springfield is open seven days a week with extended hours to accommodate people’s working schedules. Starting March 13, patients can receive care Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No appointment is needed.
