• Review of medical history
• Complete physical examination
• Review of vaccination reports
• Administration of missing vaccines
• Urgent care for existing acute illnesses or injuries

Our exams are customized to meet the specific requirements of the program to which your child is applying. We provide service from start to finish, meaning your child will leave with a complete physical and all of the medical documentation needed for submission. We accept most insurances and offer deeply discounted self pay rates our physicals are affordable.
