Using HealthMark’s HIPPA-compliant portal, you can quickly request a copy of your medical records 24/7. You can receive a copy of your medical records directly through the HealthMark patient portal, with the option to have your records delivered electronically to your email, via fax or through the mail.

By taking this process online, patients now have better access to their medical records without the hassle of having to contact their care provider. You can submit an update to your medical records or request that a copy of your medical records be sent to you by following these instructions.
