Bridgeport Main Sport And Camp Physicals at AFC Urgent Care

At AFC Urgent Care Bridgeport, we administer Sports, Camps, and Schools physicals on a walk-in basis. These physicals, also called Pre-Participation Exams (PPE), are often required before a child can participate in sports teams, summer camps and/or school.

The exams are required to make sure the child is healthy and not pre-disposed to future injury or illness caused by participating in sports, camp, or school. These exams are Routine and include an evaluation of child’s medical history, make sure all vaccines are up to date, and a complete physical examination. We can administer any missed vaccination on spot as well.

AFC Urgent Care Bridgeport can conduct entire sport, camp, or school physicals on-site by our board certified physicians. If needed, we will even fill out any required forms you provide. We offer convenient night and weekend hours to fit into any parent’s busy schedule and accept all walk-ins so an appointment is never necessary.
