Saltwater Rinse

Rinsing your nasal passages with a saline solution can help relieve congestion and pressure in the ears. Mix 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 cup of warm water and use a dropper to put a few drops in each nostril.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has antibacterial and antifungal properties that can help kill germs and reduce inflammation. Mix two spoons of apple cider vinegar and plain water and use a dropper to put a few drops in the affected ear.

Essential Oils

Essential oils like tea tree, lavender, and eucalyptus have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that can help reduce pain and inflammation. Mix a few drops of essential oil with carrier oil like coconut or olive oil, and use a dropper to put a few drops in the affected ear.
