At AFC Urgent Care Denver, we provide two different plans for weight loss– visiting the center monthly or visiting every 3 months.

Choosing the once-a-month plan, patients will have weekly nurse visits to recheck current weight and have medications administered. These appointments will be in person due to receiving the injection at time of appointment. Payment is due upon initial consultation.

Choosing the 3 month plan, patients can opt in for a one-time nurse visit for injection education. Prior to receiving medication, our medical team recommends diagnostic lab testing, which can be done on-site.
