What are various allergy symptoms and triggers?
There are different ways to tell if you are having an allergic reaction. Sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and sinus headaches are the most common. Asthma and skin rashes also happen in some cases. Ear infection, eye irritation, and muscle or joint pain are more serious. These prompt you to seek medical attention as soon as possible. We offer comprehensive allergy and asthma treatment to help you manage symptoms and breathe easier.
What is the difference between Urgent Care and Emergency Room.
Urgent care is for conditions that require prompt attention but do not pose an immediate, serious threat to your health or life. In general, if your medical issue is life threatening call 911 or go directly to a hospital emergency room. If not, an Urgent Care Center such as AFC Urgent Care is an excellent alternative.
What Type of Medical Treatment do you Provide?
We specialize in fast and effective physician care, for most non-life threatening conditions due illness or injury, as well as preventive care, travel medicine, allergy testing, and employers services. We bridge the gap between a primary care physician and the ER, providing extended hours, seven days a week, with CLIA certified labs, digital x-ray, splints & braces, vaccines, prescriptions & some non-narcotic medications.
However, if you have a life-threatening condition or emergency, you should always call 911 and seek a hospital ER.
