Are you currently accepting new patients? When can I visit?
Yes! We are welcoming new patients, including those transitioning from other urgent care centers or
medical providers. No appointment is necessary– just walk in! Our clinic is open seven days a week. Monday
to Friday from 8am to 8pm. Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
Can I visit if I’ve previously gone to a different urgent care?
Absolutely, patients from any urgent care facility or location are encouraged to visit us at AFC Urgent
Care Elizabeth. Our clinic is conveniently located at 400 Westfield Ave in Elizabeth, NJ and we welcome
patients of all ages.
What insurance plans do you accept? Do you offer self-pay options?

Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is required! We provide two easy options for care:
1. Walk-In Visits: Simply stop by our clinic during operating hours and we’ll see you as soon as possible.
2. Online Check-In: Save time by checking in
online before you arrive. This helps streamline the registration process, but it does not
reserve a specific appointment time.
What should I expect for wait times?
Wait times vary based on patient volume and the severity of cases being treated. We strive to provide fast,
high-quality care. Both our medical team and our SolvHealth app will give you an estimated wait time when
you check in. Patients with urgent medical needs may be seen first.
How are prescriptions handled?
If a provider prescribes medication, we send it electronically to your preferred pharmacy for convenience.
