AFC Urgent Care Fairfield provides health and wellness services to all families in the Fairfield, Trumbull & Easton, CT areas. Our board certified physicians are qualified to care for patients 1 year or older – small infants to senior citizens.

Here at AFC Urgent Care Fairfield, we know that families can be very busy. It can be hard to get an immediate appointment to visit the family physician and for that, we are conveniently open seven days a week.

*Please note all physicals (including Pre-Op, DOT, Immigration, School/work), will have to be seen no later than 2 hours prior to closing: Monday – Friday, cut off time for physicals will be 6:00 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday, the cut off time will be 3:00 PM.
