Free Blood Pressure Promotion

February is the American Heart Month. To recognize the importance of heart health, AFC Urgent Care is offering free blood pressure and pulse checks for the entire month of February. Stop into our clinic during the month of February for a Blood Pressure & Pulse Check.

Overview of what to expect:

1. Inform the receptionist that you are here for the free blood pressure promotion.

2. Fill out a registration form and provide a photo ID.

3. Our Medical Assistant will call you back and check your vitals. If BP is high, you will visit with the physician to determine course of action.

4. You will receive a document with your measurements prior to leaving, as well as a small goodie bag.
