Meet AFC Hallandale Beach
Antonia Bada de Tineo
CEO/Owner
Is a Venezuelan Ophthalmologist, graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, with a Glaucoma Subspeciality completed at the Mass Eye and Ear infirmary in Boston, appointed by Harvard University (1979-1982). She exercised her profession in public hospitals, as well as in her privately owned hospital in Caracas, Venezuela. In 1983, Dr. Boada de Tineo with her husband founded the hospital Clínica Felix Boada in Caracas, Venezuela. She was the Medical Director for many years and still is Clínica Felix Boada’s CEO. Clínica Felix Boada and American Family Care Mission Statements correlate in that they both give the highest priority to the patient. Today, Dr. Boada de Tineo as the CEO of AFC Hallandale Beach wants to ensure that the health of our patients will always come first.
Anibal Tineo Reyes
Owner/Founder
Is an Economist graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He has a Master of Science in Planning and Economics Policies from Northeastern University. Mr. Tineo Reyes has a wide experience in the Health sector. In Venezuela, he was the vice-president of Social Security (Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales) from 1992-1993. In 1993, he decided to work full-time as Vice-president of the Hospital Clinica Felix Boada, which he had founded in 1983 with his wife, Dr. Antonia Boada de Tineo. He was responsible to find new contracts with insurance companies, public and private institutions. These contracts helped in providing better care to a wider range of patients. Today, Mr. Tineo Reyes is eager to serve the community of Hallandale Beach and surrounding cities.
Claret Tineo Boada
CFO
Is an Economist with an MBA specialized in Finance from Barry University. Claret worked as Chief Operating Officer at Clinica Felix Boada, where she acquired more than 15 years of experience in health care administration. She worked closely with the company’s CEO to make sure patient well being and increased satisfaction was always a top priority. Claret is in control of AFC Hallandale Beach’s finance committed in always giving high quality service at affordable prices.
Cira Tineo Boada
Chief Human Resources Officer
Is a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Communication graduated in Barry University. She also has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution. She was Clinica Felix Boada Chief Human Resources Officer, an institution with 100 plus employees and 80 contractors. Cira is responsible in making sure our AFC Hallandale Beach team is formed by people that will be true to the American Family Care’s mission statement of providing the best healthcare possible, in a kind and caring environment, while respecting the rights of all patients, in an economical manner, at time and location convenient to the patient.
Anibal Tineo Boada
COO
Is a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Broadcast Communication and Minor in Advertising graduated from Barry University. Anibal also has an MBA from the “Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración" (I.E.S.A). He was the General Manager of the Radiology company within Clinica Felix Boada since 2012. There he was responsible of updating the company with new equipment and digitalizing the procedures with a Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS. He focused the center’s operations in giving the highest quality of customer service while maintaining affordable pricing for the community that it serves. Today, Anibal is still focused on patient satisfaction and understands that it is achieved by putting procedures and processes in place where the patient always comes first.
Aris Garcia de Tineo
BDM
Is a Pharmacist graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela. She has an MBA and Marketing Certificate from the Universidad Metropolitana. In the hospital Clinica Felix Boada, she was the Chief Pharmacist. She was responsible for the Hospital’s pharmacy staff and created protocols and procedures to implement Satellite Pharmacies within the Hospital that made its operations more efficient. Aris also has a Master’s degree of Science in Healthcare Management from Atlantis University in Miami. There she researched and studied how telemedicine can be applied to today’s Health Environment. Today, Aris as AFC Hallandale Beach’s BDM is focusing in leading the implementation team for Telemedicine and building a network with businesses that require our services. She is also the leader of our marketing team.
