We strive to see you promptly to diagnose and treat your illness or injury. We want to provide you with the highest quality medical care with the utmost efficiency. Not a regular patient? No problem. Do you need to make an appointment? Never! See us when you need us during our normal business hours. If you are not feeling well, have hurt yourself, or need immediate medical services, such as an x-ray, lab work or physical, stop by our walk-in medical clinic today.
When you visit our urgent care center, please bring the following information:
- Insurance Card – if you have insurance (insurance is not necessary)
- Photo Identification
- Your payment **
Check-In – When you arrive at our facility, we will need you to complete a short registration form. You will scan a QR code to complete your registration on your phone or you can have one of our friendly staff members assist you.
See the Provider – After check-in, you will be triaged by a Medical Assistant to assess your medical condition. You will then be seen by our provider who will treat your illness or injury.
Aftercare – Once treated, medication, if needed, will be prescribed and your prescription will be electronically sent to your pharmacy. Then you will be on your way with complete aftercare instructions
