Prevent the Spread of Germs

• Cough and/or sneeze into a tissue.
• Avoid sharing cups or cutlery when eating and drinking.
• Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing.
• Keep household surfaces clean and disinfected.
• Wash your hands frequently.
• Wash any clothing or bedding used by an infected person.
