How to Keep Yourself Safe at the Gym

- Use hand sanitizer between exercises.
- Maintain six feet of social distance.
- Wear your mask until you get to your machinery and when transferring from one piece of equipment to the next.

Generally, the less you can touch the better. Decreasing the amount of contact that you have with frequently used workout equipment will increase your chance of not coming in contact with any harmful germs.
