You will receive a thorough medical exam for your CDL medical card. A DOT Physical requires blood work and a drug screening to pass. These tests and screenings can be processed onsite in our state-of-the-art lab. We can get you in and out with your test results and a completed DOT Physical in a single visit. There’s no need to visit another location for sample collection and testing.

Your DOT Physical exam will include the following:

• Review of your medical history
• Urinalysis
• Measurement of your height, weight, blood pressure, and heart rate
• And a review of your lung, vision and hearing function

Current rules from the U.S. Department of Transportation require you to pass this examination every two years to maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s license. This time may be shorter if you have a medical condition that requires regular monitoring.
