Last year, AFC Urgent Care Methuen had the pleasure of hosting Methuen’s Annual Restaurant Week, which aims to celebrate our city’s rich supply of delicious eateries. This year, along with Century 21 McLennan and Co., we were back to host another, which began on March 27th and will end on April 2nd.
To kick off the week, our very own center admin, Lisa Williams, joined the mayor on his nightly TV program to promote the event. All throughout this week, chain restaurants and local cafes alike, will be offering great discounts to showcase what they have to offer.
Mayor Stephen Zanni told the Eagle-Tribune this week: “The premise of it was to showcase all the different kinds of restaurants and pizza places large and small, and let the community have the opportunity to find out about our restaurants, and that’s grown over time”.
The beauty of restaurant week is that it keeps Methuen residents, along with visitors from neighboring towns to support local business by enjoying the tasty food options our city offers.
Some of the deals being offered include a dinner for two for $39.99 from the Irish Cottage Restaurant and $7 for any burger or burrito at Margarita’s Mexican Restaurant. There’s still time to enjoy Methuen’s wealth of delicious, so make sure you stop by before April 2nd!
