My 3-year-old son was complaining of sore throat and coughing, so I took him here first-thing Sunday morning. The wait was pretty quick given there were 4 people ahead of us. This was our first urgent care visit, and they answered all my questions in a kind way and billed my insurance. The doctor was friendly and also answered all my questions. They sent us home with all the documentation necessary to show that my son thankfully didn't have covid or strep, and gave great guidance on how to care for his cough and what to look out for. We had to get a couple of COVID tests prior to a vacation we were taking - the entire process was really straightforward and done virtually, with uploading our patient and insurance information via mobile. When we arrived, the entire process took less than 10 minutes and they were able to accommodate us for their final appointment of the day. The nurse/doctor/practitioner who helped us was named Stevie - we love Stevie! She was so nice and made the nasal swab test so seamless. Would definitely recommend the team here. And there's plenty of parking!

The staff here was great. They had me in and out in no time. My Nurse Practioner Gabby and her assistants were awesome. They let us know right when we walked in how long the visit would take. Went here last night after work for prescription refill and the entire crew were professional and truly assisted me, because I was a little freaked out by given the" run around" from another care unit. They took the reins and ran with it! Thank you AFC for a great interaction and for helping while I was near my wits end!

This place is very efficient and well run. The staff is dealing with a high volume of people and seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a two hour wait for a Covid test. They told us up front and all was cool. You have to admire these people. Be NICE to them and Thank them for their frontline work. Much Appreciated.
