Do you own a business or are you a manager whose workers must possess a CDL for employment? AFC Urgent Care San Diego in Mission Valley can help! We will get your drivers back on the road in no time. In most cases, a DOT Physical can be completed in a single visit and we can process all the required labs and screenings onsite while you wait. You will receive your Medical Examiners Certificate (MEC) upon passing the exam. The DOT Physical Exam will consist of:

• Medical clearance letter from your primary care provider or specialist showing current treatment and stability if you have non-insulin dependent diabetes, heart disease, neurologic disorders, and/or obstructive sleep apnea.
