We offer this as a walk-in service! No appointments are necessary and we are open 7 days a week so you can come in when it’s more convenient for you.

Our medical staff is certified to perform DOT drug screens and all of our physicians have either completed or are in the process of completing the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration certification. Although no appointment is necessary, we do recommend that you call ahead to confirm that we have a certified DOT exam provider on site.

Companies and corporate employers can set up direct billing for DOT Physicals and other Occupational Health services at AFC Urgent Care & Walk-In Clinics, while individuals can pay with credit card, cash or check.
