For Employers:
If your employees aren’t healthy, it’s hard to keep a healthy bottom line. As a small business owner or manager, you’ve got a lot on your plate to worry about and don’t need one more thing to occupy your time. What you need is a reliable occupational healthcare partner. AFC Urgent Care Narberth is that partner. Our board-certified provider are available seven days a week with no appointment needed.
AFC Urgent Care Narberth can help you handle the administrative requirements and record keeping needs associated with Occupational Healthcare. We work with most common, local workers’ compensation insurance companies. We are highly experienced in processing these issues quickly, leaving your employee to quickly get back on a healthy path again. We are also an excellent choice if you want to implement an annual worker’s physical program or random drug screenings. Send any potential hires to our urgent care center for pre-employment physicals and drug screenings.
Our provider are also certified DOT Physical providers. These specialized physicals are needed to obtain or renew a Commercial Driver’s License, also known as a CDL. These licenses need to be renewed every two years, so if your employee has forgotten to schedule a renewal appointment with their primary care provider, send them to our center with no appointment required. Our onsite state of the art lab allows us to process all necessary screenings and tests, often in a single visit.
For Employees:
AFC Urgent Care Narberth focuses on helping you feel better and recover from your nonlife-threatening illness or injury. Don’t worry about always updating your employer about your return to work status. We will make sure they are up to date and provide both of you with a clear plan to return to your job. We want you to recover as quickly as possible, but also safely. There’s no point in returning to work if you can’t be as productive as possible or risk re-injuring yourself. Many people find the entire workers’ compensation process confusing and difficult. Ideally, you and your employer shouldn’t have much experience in this area. Rely on our years of experience to provide you clear and complete instructions regarding your treatment, how to handle recordkeeping and reporting, and scheduling follow up visits to make sure there are no problems with your recovery.
