With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing worldwide, the staff of AFC Urgent Care North Bergen understands that some patients may be uncomfortable or unable to visit our walk-in urgent care center for necessary examinations or treatment for non-life-threatening conditions. AFC Urgent Care North Bergen is now offering telemedicine screenings for most visits to get the treatment you need efficiently and effectively seven days a week.
What Can Be Seen During A Telemedicine Visit?
Most conditions you would bring to our walk-in urgent care center for treatment can be seen and treated over a telemedicine screening from the comfort of your own home, including:
- Fever, cough and congestion
- Cold, flu, strep and sore throat
- Sinus infections
- Skin rashes, irritation and cellulitis
- Eye infections and styes
- Mild to moderate allergies
- Earaches and infections
Some conditions will require an in-person visit to our urgent care center. These include most injury treatments, all physical examinations and specialist care, lab work and STD testing.
