AFC Urgent Care Norwalk offers a wide array of Occupational Health Services. In addition to Drug Testing, DOT Physicals, and Pre-Employment Physicals, we offer the below services:
Respiratory Fit Test
Our respiratory fit testing meets OSHA requirements. We perform qualitative fit testing for N95 half mask respirators in our state of the art facility.
Pulmonary Function Test
We perform Spirometry testing in our facility to measure speed and volume of breath.
Lift Test
Our lift tests help ensure a new employee can lift the required minimum weight necessary for a position.
Tuberculosis Skin Test (PPD)
Our on site lab allows us to perform tests for tuberculosis causing bacteria. We also have on site x-ray equipment if the employee has a positive test result and further assessment is necessary.
Vision/Whisper Test
Our center can test for color blindness and visual acuity. We use the Ishihara Color Test for color blindness and Snellen test for acuity. We can also perform hearing tests as well.
