Award-winning Portland-Metro region general contractor, Joseph Hughes Construction, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new construction of the new AFC Urgent Care Clinic (AFC Portland’s 5th clinic in the Portland area) on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 10:30-11:30 am at the new Clinic location, 397 Warner Milne Road, Oregon City, Oregon.

“This region of Clackamas County (West Linn and Oregon City) have limited Urgent Care options. AFC’s new clinic will be open seven days a week, accept dozens of insurance plans, include lab and x-ray services on-site, and have twice the exam room capacity of a typical Portland area AFC clinic. The center will also serve a broad base of Occupational Health services to local businesses in the area like DOT exams, pre-employment physicals, drug screens, and worker injury claims,” commented Dan Reese, AFC Director of Sales and Marketing.
Designed by Portland-based Stewart Gordan Straus Architects, the estimated $1.2M, 3,386 sf modern styled, wood frame clinic is targeted for a September 2019 opening.
