When you aren’t feeling well, simply come to our office during our normal business hours. When you come to see us, please bring the following information:
- Insurance Card – if you have insurance (insurance isn’t necessary)
- Photo Identification
- Co-Pay (we accept cash, check or credit card)

At AFC Urgent Care Princess Anne in Virginia Beach, Expect the Following
- Check In With Our Team – Present your photo ID and insurance card. If we have not seen you before, you will be asked to complete our short registration form.
- Triage – After check-in, we will assess your medical complaint and take your vitals.
- Medical Exam – You will then be seen by a medical professional who will diagnose and treat your illness or injury. If necessary, x-rays and lab work may be completed.
- Aftercare – Once treated, any care supplies or medication will be prescribed and you will receive complete aftercare instructions.
