In MOST cases we can provide complete care through our TeleHealth option, including sending prescription(s) to help you feel better! NOTE: If your provider determines, that during your TeleHealth, it would be best for you to come into our clinic to be seen in-person, the money paid for your TeleHealth will be applied to your in-person visit provided you are seen that same day.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain visit types CAN NOT be done Virtually, and you may be called prior to your TeleHealth by a member of our staff to “Triage” your symptoms and at the determination of the Provider your visit may be changed to an in-person visit in the Office if needed.

Wondering how it all works? The telemedicine services AFC Urgent Care Raleigh Midtown offers will help you connect with one of our providers through a secure and private video connection. You will be examined and diagnosed via video, and the provider will recommend treatment just as he or she would with an in-person visit. Additionally, you will receive a summary of your visit along with a care plan and follow-up instructions, just as you would from an in-person visit. Any prescription medication can be sent right to a pharmacy of your choice.
