Greg bought into the AFC Franchise to serve a need in our community and fill that gap between Primary Care and the Emergency Room as well as put Customer Service back in to healthcare after his own bad experiences. He offers a significant Business & Marketing background and considers his biggest responsibilities to be: providing the resources necessary for each team member to perform their duties at the highest levels to serve our community to the best of our abilities as well as Business development.

Brenda, Center Administrator

Hello! I'm Brenda, the Center Administrator & an LPN for over 26yrs now. So, at age 53 that is literally half of my life! I tell everyone it is no longer a job, but it's who I am. I went back to school in my mid 40's and earned my Bachelors in Business with a focus on Healthcare Administration. I worked full-time while also going to school full-time online with Liberty University. I now have the privilege of leading this amazing team! We look forward to serving YOU and our Community by combining Quality medical care with superior Customer Service! I love people & love to laugh even if it's at myself! Bet I can make you laugh too!

Victor Agbai, FNP

Victor graduated with his bachelors of science in nursing at Chamberlain University, then completed his master of science nursing from Chamberlain University in 2022. He has more than seven years experience in the medical field as a registered nurse, specializing in oncology and orthopedics. Victor holds two national board certifications with the American Nurses credentialing Center (ANCC) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Victor resides in Raleigh NC, and enjoys baking, working out and watching and playing soccer on his free time

Jinzhao Ji, PA-C

I have more than 10 years of medical experience since I graduated from a master’s degree in a Physician Assistant program at Marywood University in 2014. I have substantial experience in urgent care, primary care and mental health. I am very passionate and positive about contributing and sharing my professional knowledge as well as clinical experiences with patients in our community.

I currently reside in Cary NC. I enjoy traveling, swimming, playing basketball, watching films, reading books, and spending time with family.

John Carmack, MD, MPH, Colonel, USAF (ret), Regional Medical Director

John Timothy Carmack, MD, MPH, received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, in 1989. He is board-certified with over 25 years of experience in emergency medicine. He graduated from the 2006-2007 inaugural class of the Medical Society of Virginia Foundation Claude Moore Physician Leadership Institute, the James M. Johnson Physician Leadership Program, and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Commanders Development Program and the Air War College, Maxwell AFB, AL.

Dr. Carmack joined American Family Care in 2020 after a long career in emergency medicine. He works with multiple AFC locations in both Virginia and North Carolina leading the provider teams and ensuring high quality and patient centered care. He enjoys spending time with his three children, working on his farm and fishing on Chesapeake Bay.

Hello, My name is Natalie . I’m a certified Medical Assistant and certified Phlebotomy Technician. I really enjoy caring for people. I’ve been in the medical field for about 17 years. I’m a New York native. I enjoy living in North Carolina. I really enjoy working for AFC Urgent Care. I’ve learned a lot and I’ve grown working at AFC Urgent Care.
