Our Physicians

Dr. Akindele, our esteemed Medical Director, is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. He completed his Family medicine training at Michigan State University program. With almost a decade of medical experience, he has cared for patients at several institutions across Maryland and Delaware. His expertise lies in adult medicine including management of chronic medical conditions and preventive health screenings. He also has experience with joint injections, incision and drainage of abscesses and more. Dr. Akindele is Civil Surgeon and conducts USCIS Immigration physical examinations and is NRCME certified to conduct Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals. Beyond medicine, he's an avid fisherman and loves exploring new cuisines during his travels.

Dr. Peart, our Director of Operations, brings her expertise as a double board-certified Pediatrician and Pediatric Infectious Disease Consultant. She completed her Pediatric training a Michigan State University program and her Pediatric Infectious diseases training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Medicine. Her 8 years in Pediatric medicine, including serving as a Pediatric hospitalist in Rockville, highlight her commitment to children's health. She has an interest in the management of pediatric respiratory infections and has experience in managing complex infectious disease conditions. When she's not in the clinic, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and indulging her love for theater.
