- Position will involve painting, plumbing, electrical, and other general maintenance duties, IT experience preferred. Adhere to all maintenance and purchasing directives. General landscaping and maintenance to improve the quality of the clinics and maintain clinic areas to ensure clean, safe, functioning facilities. Physically examining properties on a regular basis. Managing repairs by outside vendors. Troubleshooting any needs for the properties. Clean up buildings and replenish supplies. Purchasing of needed supplies (non-medical).

- Greet patients, provide patients initial paperwork, and obtain copies of insurance and identification cards.

- Follow company procedures related to workers’ compensation and occupational medicine patients
- Determine, collect and process patient payments and address collection and billing issues

To manage operations for an urgent care clinic. Manage all non-physician clinic staff. Ensure quality of patient care. Ensure maintenance of clinic building and supplies. Ensure complete and accurate charges are attributed to each patient.
- Interview and select individuals for front office medical receptionist, medical assistant, x-ray and other positions
- Maintain and adjust work schedules and ensure optimal staffing across functional areas within clinic and amongst other clinics
