To make your visit to AFC Urgent Care go as smoothly as possible, please have the following information ready for your visit.

• Insurance Card – Click here to see what types of insurance we accept. Insurance is not required to visit our walk in clinic.
• Photo Identification – All adults patients need to provide a valid photo ID.If you are seeking treatment for a child a parent or guardian must provide their photo ID.
• Co-Pay – We accept cash, and all major credit cards.

The Walk-In Clinic Process

Check In – Upon arrival to AFC Urgent Care, first time patients will be asked to complete a short registration form (if you haven’t seen us before.)

Medical Exam – After check-in, you will be brought into a “triage" room where our trained staff will assess your needs. You will then be seen by a professional medical provider who will treat your illness or injury.
