Our goal for your visit to our walk-in clinic, is to quickly and effectively treat your illness or injury professionally and accurately. Whether you are regular patient of our urgent care services in Sevierville or stopping in for the first time, when you aren’t feeling well, let us be your choice for non-emergency medical services.
To make your visit to AFC Urgent Care go as smoothly as possible, please have the following information ready for your visit.
- Insurance Card – Click here to see what types of insurance we accept. Insurance is not required to visit our walk in clinic.
- Photo Identification – All adults patients need to provide a valid photo ID.If you are seeking treatment for a child a parent or guardian must provide their photo ID.
- Co-Pay – We accept cash, and all major credit cards.
The Walk-In Clinic Process
Check In – Upon arrival to AFC Urgent Care, first time patients will be asked to complete a short registration form (if you haven’t seen us before.)
Medical Exam – After check-in, you will be brought into a “triage" room where our trained staff will assess your needs. You will then be seen by a professional medical provider who will treat your illness or injury.
