A: Our AFC Urgent Care South Plainfield center offers a comprehensive suite of on-site medical services including full-scope digital x-rays, and on-site laboratories.

A: At AFC Urgent Care South Plainfield, all patients are seen and treated by board-certified medical providers who are passionate about the practice of medicine.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our center is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 5pm on weekends.

A: We are located at 907 Oak Tree Avenue in South Plainfield at the intersection of Park Avenue in the Oak Park Commons Plaza (near McDonald’s and CVS).
