Who do you treat?
We treat all patients over the age of two.
What do I need to bring?
We ask that all patients bring a photo ID and if you are using insurance, your insurance card.
How long is your wait time?
On average you will wait no more than 10-15 minutes to be seen by one of our physicians. Most patients are in and out within 30-45 minutes.
How much will my copay be?
Copays will vary based on the insurance carrier and your particular plan. You may pay a slightly higher copay than a standard office visit as insurance carriers sometimes assign a higher rate copay due to our extended services and availability of lab and x-ray on-site. That being said, the average copay ranges between $10 to $40.
How much will the visit cost if I have no insurance?
For patients who do not have insurance, we offer transparent, reduced pricing that starts at $145. Please contact us at 207.358.3188 for further information on our rates.
Do I need a referral?
No, you are not required to have a referral to be seen by a physician at AFC Urgent Care.
Is Urgent Care the same as the Emergency Room?
AFC Urgent Care is an Emergency Room alternative for non-life threatening illness or injury or when you’re unable to see your primary care physician. Please refer to our patient services for a comprehensive list of what we treat.
Is there parking available for AFC Urgent Care patients?
We have ample, free parking for our patients, to include designated spaces just a few feet from our front door.
