What Should I Expect At My Immigration Physical?

At our clinic, immigration physicals are conducted over two separate visits. At your first appointment, your medical provider will review your medical history, perform standard wellness testing, and help fill out your I-693 form.

During your second appointment you will meet with a Civil Surgeon and undergo a full physical examination. Your medical provider and Civil Surgeon will perform the following evaluations during your immigration physical:

• Physical Exam
• Mental Evaluation
• Review Of Medical & Immunization History
• Chest X-Ray (If Necessary)

What To Bring To Your Immigration Physical in Kent, WA
