In addition to DOT testing, pre-employment physicals, and drug testing, AFC urgent care Torrington is able to provide patients a variety of occupational health services.
Respiratory Fit Test
OSHA requires this test to be conducted in order to meet their safety requirements. Our center is able to perform a qualitative fit test on half-mask respirators or N94s.
Pulmonary Function Test
Our center is able to conduct a spirometry exam which measures the patient’s volume and speed of breath.
Tuberculosis Skin Test (PPD)
Our on-site lab makes it possible for our physicians to test for tuberculosis causing bacteria. We also have an X-Ray machine if further testing is needed.
Vision Testing
Colorblindness and visual acuity are both able to be tested at out center.
Hearing Testing
We are able to use Audiometry tests to measure hearing ability and function.
AFC urgent care Torrington is a walk in urgent care clinic that is able to provide a wide variety of health care services with no appointment necessary. Anyone can walk-in for any of our services. We accept most insurances and are able to offer discounted rates to uninsured patients so quality care is always affordable.
