How will I get my results?
Lab Results typically take anywhere between 3-5 business days from the time the lab receives your specimen, usually the following morning of your visit. Specimens are picked up at the end of the day. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes they are longer, this is an estimate!
You will be called on Positive Results only by us and the FDOH
You can access your lab results through your patient portal by registering
If you were Exposed or have symptoms: We recommend social isolation (quarantine) during this time period to keep you safe. Only leave the house when necessary or for emergent conditions. Avoid crowds, social distancing where you can, wear a face mask. If you do have symptoms and they worsen, return the clinic, call 911 or go to the hospital.
General Advice:
Frequent hand washing is advised
Wear a mask to protect you and others
Do not share utensils or food and beverages
Use hand sanitizer when hand washing is not appropriate

What are the differences between the tests?
Nasal Swab- Actively sick patients or recent confirmed exposure to a positive patient
IgG/IgM – Antibody testing if you have tested positive for COVID 19 or suspected CV19 illness in the past 3 months.
Your medical provider will deem which test is the most appropriate for you based on your exam
We offer a rapid test because they provide highly reliable results on the spot; however, they do produce more false negatives than the RT-PCR COVID-19 Test. Doing both tests is our way of ensuring that you get the most accurate results possible without having to put your life on hold.
We're able to get many patients in and out in a matter of minutes, but the length of time you'll spend in our clinic will depend on wait times that day.
