“I love this place. They are always so nice and it is an inviting place. The only thing I would change is a small change but to me it is important. The coffee is great but they should keep milk in the fridge because the coffee is super hot and by the time it cools off you have to throw it out and go in a room. So stupid I know but it drives me nuts every time. "

“My experience was outstanding, although I was treated for a minor ankle sprain the staff was more than courteous and helpful and sympathetic to the pain I was experiencing. Honestly, a way better experience than I usually have at my Primary Care Doctor’s office. “The Staff at 1030 Main Street, Waltham could not have been nicer. My experience was wonderful! Everyone I came in contact with from the front desk staff, to the clinical assistant, the x-ray technician, and Dr. Cioffi all of whom displayed the highest level of professionalism, warmth and caring. I received the type of care that I remember in my childhood from my local family doctor. Dr. Ciofi was fantastic! Her examine was thorough, she took the time to discuss my illness, and provided very well explained treatment options. I felt relieved and confident under her care. My whole experience at AFC Urgent Care was excellent. I usually seek treatment at one of the large hospitals in Boston but decided to try AFC Urgent Care since it is very close to my home.
