The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires a medical examination process. This comprehensive assessment can take up to three visits with all services performed on site. The USCIS requires these services be rendered by a certified civil surgeon, not one’s primary care physician, for all long-term visa, refugee, and adjustment of status applicants. Immigration physicals are utilized to maintain and ensure the health and mental status of persons applying for citizenship.

We’ll complete your paperwork as required, but if it’s something we can help with we might be able to provide you with treatment on the spot. With in-house labs at many locations, you could be on your way without the need for a second visit.
