A: Our location is at 1030 Boulevard in West Hartford, situated at the intersection of Boulevard and Prospect Avenues, conveniently adjacent to the Sprint Store. Ample parking is available.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We're open 7 days a week:
Monday - Friday:
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Q: Is it necessary to schedule an appointment?

A: No, appointments aren't mandatory. You're welcome to come in during business hours for prompt care. Booking an appointment is also available for those who want an easier way to “check in”.

A: No, we've recently launched a convenient online payment system for your ease.

Q: Do you see broken bones at AFC Urgent Care?

A: Yes, we do. We have certified X-Ray Technicians and state-of-the-art X-Ray Services. You'll also receive a CD with your imaging to take to a specialist at no extra charge.

Q: Do you offer lab services?

A: Yes, we have an on-site lab for many conditions and illnesses. Whether you need to get lab work done for your job, because you’re worried you were exposed to a particular illness, or because your doctor recommends it, we’re able to do many types of screening at our AFC Urgent Care center in West Hartford.

Q: Do you perform confidential STD testing?

A: Yes, our doctors offer 100% confidential STD testing for both men and women, with no appointment required. Learn more here.

Q: Do you offer flu shots?

A: Yes, we do! There is no appointment necessary for a flu shots. They only take a few seconds to administer, and they can keep you and your family from missing school or work due to illness – not to mention, they protect against some of the more dangerous side effects of the flu. For seniors, we also offer “fluzone” high dose flu shots.

Q: Are immigration physicals offered?

A: Certainly, our team of doctors includes certified Civil Surgeons authorized by the State of CT to conduct immigration physicals and vaccinations for individuals entering the U.S.

Q: Do you offer sports and camp physicals for kids?

A: Absolutely, appointments aren't necessary. Simply visit us on a walk-in basis, and we'll conduct the sports or camp physical. If there's a specific form needed, please remember to bring it along.
