What Is the Purpose of Your Bladder?
Your bladder is a small sac that stores your urine. Located just behind the pelvic bone in the pelvis, the muscular walls of the bladder help contain urine until it's time to be removed from the body. Tips to Keep Your Bladder Healthy- Drink plenty of water.

- Avoid constipation.
- Keep a healthy weight.
