Very quick check in and very quick to to get service. Doctors and staff were very friendly. Very clear on the diagnosis. Got some recommendations on over the counter medication, hopefully everything will go well. Other than that, no complaints thus far. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service.

Dr. Monsoor saw my daughter today in Wichita and I just have to say she was the kindest doctor and really treated my daughter like she was special and valuable. My daughter is 20 and left feeling like she wished she could go see her frequently because she just had a way of making people feel so great. I was so happy because sometimes Dr. visits are not that helpful or at least that validating. Dr. Monsoor was very kind and thoughtful and gave complements and things….She was so very thoughtful and kind. It really made my daughter feel so very good about herself and though she was still sick, she ended up thinking that the visit had been a great one. I am so pleased we found this place and wish the Dr. had a general practice so we could see her more frequently.

When I needed to come in to see a doctor I kind of expected to get the all to familiar rush through and brush off. Instead I met Dr. Mansoor. She listened to EVERYTHING I had to tell her about what was going on with me AND why. Then let me know she is going to help me through it. To my relief, that is exactly what she immediately did! It has been a VERY long time since this level of true care has been shown. The front desk is no different. Always above and beyond willing to help me when I call. M. Q.

I suggest you be VERY upfront with your clients when they walk in the door how much your services will cost. I just saw I was charged $342 for my office visit two weeks ago, in which you did absolutely nothing for me, other than take my temp, blood pressure and have a doctor tell me I could have a doctors note (which I did not take as I am an adult and do not need notes to get out of work). What a joke! I will be sharing this feedback with family, friends and coworkers. Not pleased with your office.

I visited Doctor’s Express two weeks ago for a sinus infection. When I arrived I had a low-grade temperature and was visibly not feeling well. I just saw Doctor’s Express submitted a $342 bill to my insurance company, of which I will be paying the majority of this. I am VERY unhappy with this due to the fact that the doctor sent me home with nothing other than some advise to rest and suggested I get a doctors note to stay home from work (really???). So, basically I will be paying $342 for getting my temperature and blood pressure taken. I DO NOT recommend anyone use this office instead of their regular family doctor.

I brought my son here from out of town. The staff and Doctor was amazing. I even called twice and spoke to Doctor with my concerns for my 20 month old son. The office was nice and new. I did not have a wait. They were very sweet with my son. Made him and I feel comfortable with his care. He ended up needing Nebulizer treatments. Which we did not bring our machine with us. The doctor let us use her personal one while we were in town. Which saved us some money. So sweet. I will highly recommend to go here if needed. Much better than a ER. Made me feel at easy with knowledge and concern from Doctor. Thank you

Thank you Dr Mansoor for taking excellent care of our daughter tonight,even though it was 20 minutes til closing your staff,lab tech and yourself treated our baby quickly and efficiently with the up most care and we appreciate it. We loved the fact that your facility has an in house pharmacy so we could get her medication there and head straight home. Thank you so much for being so caring and thorough at the end of your long day. We appreciate it more than you know and will be using your facility in the future. I know Dr. Samrah Mansoor , she is a very kind and caring physician. Witch it’s Kansas is very lucky to have her in their health care system. Springfield MO misses her!

The doctors at this office are exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive.

Very quick service, even in the midst of the viral apocalypse that seems to be coming over our fair city. I was in and out within 30 or 40 minutes. The doctor (I can’t remember her name) was caring, empathetic, and seemed genuinely concerned with my health.

Dr. Monsor and staff were extremely friendly and even had the kids laughing while they were feeling sickly. Thanks for taking good care of us!

Took excellent care of our son! We were traveling when our son got very ill. We were in an unfamiliar place, on a Sunday and we knew we had to get care for our son. Everyone at this location was super friendly and took excellent care of our boy! It was such a pleasant experience from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctors. Everyone was so caring and kind. We are so very grateful! Thank you!
