We are proud to introduce our highly qualified providers, Autumn Lazaro and Zach Liebman, who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clinic. Each provider is committed to helping you achieve better health and wellness.

Autumn Lazaro, MS, PA-C

Autumn Lazaro is a compassionate Physician Assistant, holding a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kean University, New Jersey. Autumn specializes in preventative medicine, health promotion, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. She also focuses on women’s health, adolescent medicine, and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Her approach to patient care is holistic and educational, empowering patients to lead healthier lives. When not at the clinic, Autumn enjoys the beach, hiking, and quality time with her family and two dogs.

Zach Liebman, PA-C

Zach Liebman is a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in urgent care medicine. A graduate of the University of Florida, Zach received his degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Miami Dade College. With a background in family medicine and orthopedic surgery, he brings a comprehensive skill set to his role, offering effective treatment for a wide variety of illnesses. Zach is especially passionate about pediatric care, ensuring young patients receive the best treatment in a supportive environment. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and water sports, and loves spending time with his girlfriend and their dog, Queso.
