We are open 7 days a week:

Monday - Friday:
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Q: Do I have to schedule an appointment?

No, simply come in during business hours for immediate care without appointments. If you prefer, you can also schedule an appointment here.

Q: Are seasonal flu vaccinations available?

AFC Urgent Care provides quadrivalent flu shots for individuals aged 6 months and up, pregnant women, high-risk individuals, and children. For seniors, we also offer “fluzone” high dose flu shots.

Q: Are lab services provided at your center?

Yes! We actually have an on-site lab, for your blood work needs and to help diagnose conditions and illnesses. No need to travel to another lab site. We can do it all in one visit.

Q: Can I get sports and camp physicals at your center?

Certainly, walk-in for affordable sports and camp physicals and even annual physicals, too; bring any required forms if needed.

Q: Is a rapid X-ray available at AFC Urgent Care Worcester?

Yes, we offer advanced X-rays without appointments for injuries like sprains and fractures. You'll receive CD results, and we can refer you to a specialist if necessary.

Q: Do you offer confidential STD tests?

Yes, we offer both screenings and tests for all STDs and STIs testing. You can walk-in or make a confidential appointment online.

Q: Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, we provide a user-friendly online payment system.
