Q: Where can I find your Danbury urgent care centers?

A: AFC Urgent Care of Danbury has two convenient locations for you to choose from: 2 Main Street, Danbury, situated at the corner of Main and South Streets, and our newest location at 100 Mill Plain Road, also in Danbury.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We're open 7 days a week:

Monday - Friday:

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*Please check the website for inclement weather and holiday closures.

Q: Do I need to book an appointment?

A: No, appointments are optional. You can visit us during business hours for prompt care. Scheduling an appointment is also an option.

Q: Do you take my insurance?

A: We participate with most insurance carriers.

Q: Do you accept Connecticut Health Exchange insurances?

A: Yes, we participate with all of them.

Q: Do I have to visit the facility to settle my bill?

A: No, we've implemented a convenient online payment system for your convenience.

Q: Are lab services available?

A: Absolutely, we have an in-house lab for routine blood work and to help diagnose conditions and illnesses.

Q: Do you treat allergies?

A: We provide treatments to alleviate common allergy symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, itchy eyes, runny noses, etc. We also offer nebulizer treatments for when allergies trigger asthma.

Q: Do you provide seasonal flu vaccinations?

A: Yes, we provide seasonal flu vaccinations. Just about anyone who wants to avoid the flu is a good candidate to receive a flu shot, including seniors and immunocompromised individuals. For seniors, we also offer "fluzone" high dose flu shots.

Q: Can you do sports and camp physicals for my children?

A: Yes, we can. No appointment is needed. Just come in on a walk-in basis, and we'll perform the sports or camp physical. If there's a required form, please bring that with you.

Q: Do you do immigration physicals?

A: Absolutely, our medical team comprises certified Civil Surgeons endorsed by the State of CT to perform immigration physicals and administer vaccinations for individuals entering the United States.

Q: Do you treat STDs?

A: Yes, we do. Rest assured, we treat your medical information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Click here to learn more.

Q: Do you perform gynecology exams?

A: We perform gynecological exams when appropriate. However, we do not perform Pap Smears.

Q: I am going abroad; do you offer travel immunizations?
